Manuscript Studio (the website and the Android and iOS apps) is operated by Sovereign Shield Technologies LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Manuscript Studio. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your work

You own everything you write and upload. We store it only to provide the service and we never use it to train AI models. You can export your work or delete your account at any time.

AI assistance

Drafting and editing suggestions are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish. You are responsible for the final text of your book and for meeting the rules of any store where you publish it. If an AI result is harmful or inappropriate, use the Report AI output link in the editor.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful content, to infringe anyone's rights, or to disrupt or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans

Some features are available on paid plans. Paid plans are managed on the Manuscript Studio website.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales, or rejected store submissions.
